Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Executive
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PST) | Night Shift (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee call monitoring and evaluate interactions for compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement QA frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics aligned with global standards.
  • Deliver structured, solution-driven feedback to enhance agent and team performance.
  • Identify recurring challenges and collaborate with management to recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal quality benchmarks and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive QA reports for leadership review and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–12 months of QA experience in a BPO/call center environment (executive-level exposure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations, KPIs, and compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in QA tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to influence and coach with professionalism and impact.
  • Flexible to work U.S. night shift timings.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive with a passion for excellence.
