We are currently seeking Quality Assurance Executive (Female) a dedicated and professional to join our team on-site.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Executive to ensure high standards across our design, development, and sales processes. The role involves monitoring creative outputs, evaluating web deliverables, and auditing sales activities such as bidding, Bark platform usage, and cold calling to maintain quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and proof graphic design deliverables including social media posts, branding materials, and marketing assets for quality and accuracy.
• Perform QA on websites (UI/UX, responsiveness, functionality, content accuracy) before final delivery.
• Audit sales activities including proposals, client communication, Bark submissions, and cold calling performance.
• Ensure all work aligns with client requirements, company standards, and brand guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in both creative and sales processes.
• Monitor recorded sales calls and provide feedback on communication quality, pitch clarity, and professionalism.
• Maintain QA checklists and documentation for design, development, and sales workflows.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure timely corrections and improvements.
• Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Sciences, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, design review, web development, or sales audit roles.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and web development (UI/UX, responsive design).
• Familiarity with sales processes including bidding platforms (e.g., Bark), lead generation, and cold calling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a digital agency or software house.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and call monitoring systems.
• Understanding of international client communication standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
