Responsibilities

• Assist in testing the functionality, performance, and usability of mobile apps and web platforms.
• Identify and report basic bugs, errors, and inconsistencies under guidance.
• Collaborate with developers and senior QA team members to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
• Support the execution of manual test cases; gain exposure to automated testing tools.
• Help in maintaining and updating test documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
• Participate in regression, functional, and user acceptance testing as required.
• Learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices within the team.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mobile and web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills for reporting bugs and working with team members.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a collaborative environment.
