Job Summary:
The Lead – Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing and driving the quality management processes across projects. This role ensures that all project activities meet client requirements, industry standards, and organizational quality benchmarks. The incumbent will lead quality assurance initiatives, facilitate continuous improvement, and ensure that the project team adheres to established quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all quality assurance efforts across projects.

Collaborate with project teams to establish, communicate, and enforce quality standards.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan in compliance with client requirements.

Monitor and assess the quality of project processes, deliverables, and outcomes.

Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and reports.

Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for continuous improvement.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate quality effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Facilitate training programs to ensure project staff comply with quality protocols and procedures.

Manage non-conformance reports and quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project and across teams.

Communicate quality performance metrics and reports to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a similar role within [industry, e.g., construction, facilities management, pest control].

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 or relevant standards).

Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
