Quality Assurance Lead/Manager (QA) - Compliance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) processes within the Compliance department. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of compliance, audit readiness, and delivery excellence across all functions.

How you will create impact:

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee and execute QA checks on compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure all compliance functions are consistently prepared for internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance workflows and reduce risk.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, operations, and delivery teams to uphold quality standards and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to stakeholders regarding QA findings, risks, and improvement plans.
• Continuity & Standards: Maintain continuity in QA practices and ensure consistent application of quality benchmarks across the department.

Essential qualifications:

• 12+ years in Quality Assurance, preferably within compliance, audit, or regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and committed to upholding regulatory standards and delivery excellence.
• Capable of mentoring teams and driving a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
