Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management • Prior experience leading or managing a quality or QA team in a high volume manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance • Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience leading or supporting ISO 9001 certification efforts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • Experience with quality management or statistical analysis software
Job Description
A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Quality Manager to join their rapidly growing their organization. The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the organization’s quality management systems to ensure products and processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the Quality team, manages quality assurance programs, and partners cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and R&D to drive defect reduction, process optimization, and customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager oversees inspections, testing, audits, and root cause analysis efforts while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001. This position also prepares quality metrics and reports for leadership and supports internal and external audit activities.
