Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Control Manager (BILINGUAL: English/Spanish)

Location: Zephyrhills, FL (Candidates must reside near the Zephyrhills area).

Strong background in the food industry to lead and oversee our quality assurance and food safety programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about food safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all quality control and food safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Manage audits (internal, external, and third-party).
• Maintain HACCP, GMP, and sanitation programs.
• Lead and train the quality control team.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and operations to maintain high product standards.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• 5+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC (preferred).
• Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
