Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS):

Develop and implement strategies for the Quality Management System (QMS) across all stages of production.

Ensure compliance with international and local standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

Conduct periodic reviews of quality policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Quality Control:

Oversee production processes to ensure products are free of defects and meet specifications.
-
Conduct required inspections and tests to verify product conformity.
-
Prepare quality reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Analyze the root causes of defects or issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Department Coordination:

Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure processes align with quality standards.

Provide necessary training to employees on quality standards and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and deliver regular quality performance reports to senior management.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Inspection and Testing Management:

Oversee routine inspections of suppliers, equipment, and production processes.

Ensure proper documentation of inspection and test results.
Customer and Supplier Interaction:

Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.
-
Conduct quality assessments for suppliers and ensure raw materials meet the required specifications.
Compliance with Legal and Industry Standards:

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Foster a strong quality culture within the factory.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

ISO 9001 certification or other relevant quality management certifications.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an industrial environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
In-depth knowledge of local and international quality standards and regulations.
-
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic .
