QA/QC Manager – Data Center Construction

I’m currently working with a leading electrical contractor that is delivering major data center projects across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team.

This is a key role ensuring quality assurance and control across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.

The Role:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and project-specific quality plans
• Oversee all quality control activities across electrical and MEP installations
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing in line with project specifications
• Manage documentation including ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and handover packages
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and client representatives
• Ensure all works meet regulatory, client, and internal quality standards

• Proven experience in a QA/QC Manager role within data center or mission-critical construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and MEP installations
• Experience with quality documentation and inspection processes
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
