Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Officer to uphold and enhance our high standards of product excellence.

• Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards across all stages of production (cutting, stitching, finishing).
• Monitor and control production quality at all checkpoints, identifying and resolving quality issues proactively.
• Conduct in-line and final inspections to ensure technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and analysis records.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to improve product quality and minimize defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the workwear or apparel manufacturing (CMT) sector.
• Strong understanding of quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
