Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer – Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring lead quality, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining high standards of customer service across the company. This role plays a key part in evaluating CRM performance, verifying agent follow-ups, and ensuring that every client receives a professional and consistent service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all inbound leads through the CRM to ensure accurate classification and follow-up.
• Conduct quality calls to leads and clients to verify their experience and assess agent performance.
• Review real estate documents, listings, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and company standards.
• Audit sales and leasing transactions to ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
• Identify service gaps or quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track agent performance related to lead management, follow-ups, and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on quality audits, call evaluations, and CRM performance.
• Ensure compliance with ADM, RERA, and other Abu Dhabi real estate regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of quality standards and provide coaching to staff where needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate quality assurance, customer service, or administrative supervision preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer service evaluation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and procedures is an advantage.
