Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our growing product and technology team.

This role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring digital experiences are smooth, stable, and error-free. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure every feature meets our quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Write and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
✅ Perform functional, UI, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across our web platforms.
✅ Log detailed bug reports, document steps to reproduce, and assign severity and priority ratings.
✅ Review product requirements and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases early in the development process.
✅ Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and perform release validation in staging environments.
✅ Support testing of integrations with APIs and third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, AWS S3, Dropbox).
✅ Contribute to the development of test documentation, QA processes, and continuous quality improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing (web platforms preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
✅ Ability to design and execute manual test cases effectively.
✅ Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Trello, TestRail, or Notion.
✅ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
✅ Basic understanding of APIs and cloud services (AWS, REST APIs, etc.) is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.

Work Schedule

-Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (Monday–Saturday)
