• Graduated from related departments of universities (Preferably Food departments)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality
• Good command of English
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively
• Customer-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attentive, dynamic, fast learner
• Decision-making skills
• Residing in Istanbul European Side
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing food and product safety and other (MAS, Traceability, Cage Free, etc.) audits in consultation with the suppliers of own-brand (OB) food and nearfood or brand food products within the scope of the audit, the audit institution and the audit team
• To check the existence of GFSI certificates of suppliers of own-brand (OB) food, nearfood or branded food products within the scope of the audit, to monitor the currency of the certificates
• Preparing Food Safety audit plans, filling customer audit plan formats
• Following up audit reports, communicating audit results to the supplier, relevant category, own brands department, recording them in customer related files and customer digital systems
• When necessary and within the authority of the responsible customer personnel, to make a request to the relevant category and master data operation department to define an order block to the relevant supplier for the suppliers whose work must be suspended due to the audit result
• Requesting action plans from suppliers for nonconformities identified as a result of audits and following up on action plans
• Provide technical and legal information support on Food Safety audits to suppliers and categories upon request
• Checking audit reports
• To follow the KPIs related to the project, to prepare weekly/monthly reports, to ensure coordination between Intertek and the Client.
