Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving product/service quality, ensuring company standards are met, and maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Conduct inspections and quality checks
• Identify process improvements and suggest corrective actions
• Prepare quality reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain quality performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
