Quality Assurance Specialist - Hospitality

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for an Assistant Manager – Quality for one of our clients in the hospitality industry (4–5 star hotel environment).

Position: Assistant Manager – Quality

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: HRSG Contract

Salary Range:100k – 150k

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with International standards.

- Conduct routine inspections and internal audits across operational areas (Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Engineering).

- Collect, analyze, and report guest feedback (comment cards, GSS, online platforms, complaints).

- Prepare quality performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards.

- Coordinate and deliver quality-related training sessions for associates and supervisors.

- Monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring timely execution of action plans.

- Support preparations for internal and external quality audits.

- Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Act as liaison between the Quality Manager and operational teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.

- Certification in Quality Standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, HACCP, TQM) preferred.

- 3–5 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory/quality assurance role.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Opera or other hotel systems is a plus.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
