Quality Assurance Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Lahore
Salary: PKR 45,000 - 60,000 per month
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Facility: Transportation provided for female employees

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls, evaluating performance, and ensuring that quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls/chats) to ensure quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain QA reports, scorecards, and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance (BPO/Call Center) is preferred.
• Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
