Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures across all stages of production.
- Monitor daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections of raw materials, production lines, and finished products.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing inspection and quality results and share recommendations with senior management.
- Train work teams on safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, or equivalent).
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality, analyze their causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Supervise internal and external audits and ensure readiness for inspection by official bodies.
- Develop continuous improvement policies to raise quality and reduce waste and errors.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, delivery, sales) to address quality-related issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in quality control and monitoring in the food or food industry.
- University degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or other quality systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
