Senior QC Engineer

Oversee inspections of concrete works to ensure compliance with project requirements, ASTM, ACI, and other relevant industry standards.

Review concrete mix designs, testing procedures, and results to verify quality and durability.

Monitor material storage, batching, placement, and curing practices to ensure best construction practices are followed.

Conduct field and laboratory tests, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.

Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective measures to resolve quality issues.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.

Provide technical support and consultancy to the client, addressing concerns and offering solutions to quality-related issues.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality management procedures.

Support in training and guiding junior engineers or technicians in QC practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in concrete quality control.

Prior experience in apron works and airport concrete pavement projects is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and other international codes and specifications.

Proficiency in conducting concrete inspections, tests, and interpreting results.

Familiarity with modern construction technology, equipment, and methods.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
