Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineer to join our site execution team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are looking to build a solid foundation in civil engineering within the contracting and construction field. The engineer will assist in supervising on-site works, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising construction activities like concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Interpret and implement civil drawings and specifications under guidance.
• Track daily site progress and support reporting to senior staff.
• Assist with quality checks, safety compliance, and work inspections.
• Support documentation such as IRs, MIRs, and daily site logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and suppliers for task execution.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on assigned tasks and actions.
• Perform quantity take-offs and help verify material usage on site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in construction or site engineering roles.
• Basic knowledge of construction standards and execution sequences.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Willing to work full-time on active construction sites.
• Transferable Kuwait residency preferred.

Interview Process:

The hiring process includes three structured stages:

• HR Round – Evaluation of basic qualifications, personality fit, and readiness for site work.
• Technical Round – Assessment of civil fundamentals, drawing interpretation, and construction knowledge.
• Managerial Round – Review of teamwork, accountability, and ability to follow instructions and contribute to site execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD450.000 - KD650.000 per month
