Position Title: Junior Electrical Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Electrical Technician to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in our ongoing construction and maintenance projects. The candidate should have a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience in site works, and a willingness to learn under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems as per drawings.
• Pull and terminate electrical cables, wires, and conduits under supervision.
• Support testing and commissioning of panels, DBs, and wiring systems.
• Follow work instructions for troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Help prepare material usage logs and basic progress records.
• Report any issues or faults to supervisors for resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in MEP projects.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, conduit installation, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow basic electrical drawings or diagrams.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa is preferred.

Interview Process:

All applicants will undergo the following three-stage interview process:

• HR Round – Verification of qualifications and introduction to company guidelines.
• Technical Round – Practical assessment of skills such as wiring, conduit fixing, and safety awareness.
• Managerial Round – Evaluation of work ethic, adaptability, and ability to follow instructions on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD180.000 - KD250.000 per month
