Quality Control

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems (QMS) across the company’s water production and premium food distribution operations. This role ensures all products meet corporate and regulatory quality, safety, and environmental standards in line with UAE and international guidelines (ISO, HACCP, GSO, ESMA, Dubai Municipality, etc.).

The role focuses on developing a culture of quality excellence, overseeing laboratory and process quality controls, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and sustainability requirements. The Quality Manager partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and HSE teams to guarantee the delivery of safe, consistent, and premium-quality products to the market.

1. In-depth knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP).

2. Proficiency in laboratory testing methods (microbiological, chemical, sensory).

3. Strong command of audit and inspection procedures.

4. Knowledge of packaging quality, shelf-life testing, and water treatment quality parameters.

5. Familiarity with UAE food and beverage quality regulations (ESMA, DM, MOIAT).

6. Data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
