We are looking for a Quality Control ( Fresh Food )to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables from receiving to display, in line with company standards and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect fresh fruits and vegetables upon receiving.

Monitor storage conditions and product freshness.

Ensure proper handling, rotation, and hygiene standards.

Identify and reject non-conforming products.

Support the team in maintaining high fresh food quality standards.
Requirements

Experience in fresh food / fresh produce quality control.
-
Strong knowledge of fruits and vegetables freshness indicators and shelf-life management.

Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
-
High attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
-
Food safety certification is preferred.
