Quality Control | Royal Truck Body | Weatherford, TX

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $18.00 - 19.00

What you’ll do:

Support consistent auditing practices to ensure compliance with quality standards during welding and assembly operations.

Audit production during and after welding/assembly for process validation.
Document and report audit findings for daily quality tracking.
Communicate quality issues to internal teams and suppliers.
Support operator training on QA standards and procedures.
Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

What you need to be successful:

3+ years of experience in truck manufacturing required.
Familiarity with quality systems and process audits preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math.
Must complete Process Capability Training within 9 months.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
