Quality Control Associate (Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Associate to join our team. The QC associate will be responsible for ensuring that all Dresses meet our company’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and finishing before reaching clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with production and design teams to maintain consistency in product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished dresses to ensure they meet company quality standards (cleanliness, stitching quality, embroidery, and finishing).
• Cross-check details with the order sheet (design, size, fabric, embellishments, etc.).
• Verify that the quantity and delivery details match the client order.
• Record daily completed pieces with order sheet numbers, client codes, and delivery details.
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and coordinate with production teams for corrections.
• Ensure proper packaging and presentation before dispatch.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, reports, and quality findings.
• Assist in improving quality control processes to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Control or garment inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality..
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
