Job Title: QC Engineer

Job Location: Riyadh- Qiddiya Project

Job Summary

• Develop and implement quality standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations.
• Design and implement effective quality control systems to monitor and manage product quality throughout the production process.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards and develop corrective actions, solutions, and process improvements.
• Review codes, specifications, and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting, and documenting quality standards and processes.
• Identify the root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control activities and results.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in quality control for landscape construction projects is required.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills.
• Follow-up & tracking skills.
• Good Microsoft skills.
• Good command of English & Arabic.
