Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join Ravago Petrochemical Production at our Aliağa plant.

Ravago Petrochemical Production is one of Turkey’s leading polymer and chemical manufacturers under the Ravago Türkiye Group. With production facilities in Gebze (Taysad) and Aliağa (Eastchem, Enplast, and Recycle), the company produces a wide range of high-quality materials including EPS, TPE, engineering plastics, TPU–PU systems, and recycled polymers

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering departments (preferably Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering),
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in quality control,
• Knowledgeable about quality management standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.),
• Knowledgeable about the IATF 16949 system and its core tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC),
• Proficient in using MS Office,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Motivated to learn, contribute effectively and introduce innovative ideas that drive continuous improvement,
• Successful in process tracking,
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

What We Expect from You:

• Verifying and reporting the accuracy of laboratory and production analyses,
• Regularly monitor the performance of defined KPIs and present the results to the relevant management in periodic reports,
• Ensuring the proper functioning of quality control devices and equipment,
• Identify production irregularities and take action with the relevant units,
• Conduct raw material and product tests, record the results,
• Conduct technical evaluations in customer complaint and product return processes,
• Contribute to process changes, product/service approval, and nonconformance decision processes,
• Lead team management, training, and development activities.
