Quality Control Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team and ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection, testing, and documentation within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Review and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Monitor and document all site quality activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain updated records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and codes.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
