Oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) by monitoring approvals, documentation, and submittals, including materials, drawings, method statements, and quality records. Ensure proper execution of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), conduct site inspections and surveillance, report nonconformities, coordinate with project teams, and manage quality inductions and toolbox talks in line with approved

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• • Monitor the implementation of the approved PQP.

  • Monitor the (material approval, IFC drawing, method statement, Field change, COPQ, calibrations log, etc…).
  • Implement inspection test plan and their check list based on the approved method statement.
  • Monitor the submittal logs (internal IR, external IR, NCR, CA, MTR, etc…).

  • Coordinate with the project team and ensure that all site inspection, testing and reporting is in line with the approved Inspection and Testing Plan.
  • Conduct regular site surveillance to ensure that the work is performed as per the latest approved drawings, method statement, materials and as per the project quality plan and to report the nonconformities to the concerned.
  • Monitor the site work instructions.

  • Attend preconstruction meetings for all construction activities.
  • Manage the Quality Toolbox talk / Quality induction as per approved monitoring plan.

Qualifications/Experience required

• Education:

  
  B.S. degree in Mechanical /or Electrical Engineering

  
  Experience:

  
  1+ years’ experience in the same field or similar fields.

  Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent.

  Knowledge ISO 45001 & 14001.

  Thorough understanding of quality system standards and methodologies

  Good interpersonal and communication skills

  Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  
  Language Requirements:

  
  Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
