Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Control Engineer / Officer for construction projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure quality compliance
• Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and quality audits
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality issues
• Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Review method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain records of testing, inspections, and approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
• Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise building projects preferred
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• UAE experience preferred
