Job Overview

Dunn Deal Properties & Vacation Rentals is seeking a highly responsible, reliable, and self motivated with excellant attention to detail Quality Assurance Inspector to join our fast paced property management team.

This position is responsible for inspecting condo units after housekeeping has completed the cleaning. The Quality Assurance Inspector will follow behind housekeepers using a detailed checklist inside our inspection software program. Each inspection is monitored by the main office to ensure our standards are being met before guest arrival.

This role is not simply a walk through. The inspector must be willing to correct minor items that were missed during the cleaning process, document issues properly, and help ensure each property is guest ready.

Duties

The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for:

• Inspecting condo units after housekeeping has completed the clean
• Completing a detailed inspection checklist through the company’s software program
• Taking and uploading photos for every unit
• Correcting small missed cleaning items before guest arrival
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or concerns to the main office
• Making sure each unit is clean, stocked, organized, and guest ready
• Preparing housekeeping supply bags for housekeepers
• Delivering housekeeping supplies to units when needed
• Running to the store for missing, broken, or needed items for properties
• Assisting with miscellaneous office tasks as needed
• Helping with duties related to our storefront boutique when needed
• Communicating clearly and promptly with the main office
• Following company procedures and quality standards at all times

Qualification

• A self starter who does not need constant supervision
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable with strong follow through
• Comfortable using a phone, app, or software checklist
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to correct small issues when found
• Able to lift, carry, and deliver housekeeping supplies as needed
• Willing to run errands for unit supplies or replacement items
• Professional when communicating with staff, vendors, and the office
• Flexible and willing to assist with miscellaneous duties as needed

Probationary Period

This position will begin with a probationary period. During this time, reliability, work ethic, attention to detail, communication, and overall performance will be evaluated.

Permanent placement will be considered once the employee has proven they can meet company standards, work independently, and consistently complete inspections properly and on time.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
