Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Quality Control Lead in Sadat Plant who will be responsible for plant-wide implementation and enforcement of Quality Control procedures derived from Quality Assurance systems and monitor the activities of the quality control team, ensuring that the QC personnel work accurately, effectively and consistently produce finished products with high quality, safe-to-use, at lower cost and in compliance to norms set by HBC, and local Regulatory Bodies.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Standard: Monitors online process control parameters are according to Quality Control standard.

Ensures that all sanitation processes within production lines meet CCH standards & specification to achieve the highest degrees of product quality.

Specification: Inspects all prior day quality control records to ensure the final product meets CCH specifications (CO2, Sugar (Brix), Acidity levels) and submitted correctly on SAP

Development: Plans & execute quality control related projects/new formulas (Cost Savings, Reclamation of water) to increase cost efficiency & improve ongoing work processes

Market Standard: Plans and implements quality control programs to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement as per market standards.

Analysis: Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

Policies & Procedure: Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly reports to upper management assessing performance of quality control section & offering solutions to counter detected problems ensuring that dept. operates with maximum efficiency & in accordance with set CCH policies/procedures.

Achievement and training: sharing the ongoing projects with the QC team and leading their training agenda completion.

Establishes individual performance by motivation, coaching and training of everyone to achieve QC section goals and organization KPIs.

Representing the QC section in daily, weekly and monthly meetings through presenting the QC KPIs updates.

Leading the RCA for all depots &/or consumer complaints and implementing the CAPA.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

Graduate degree in science, pharmaceutical or Veterinary from an accredited University.

A minimum of (7) years of experience, 5 of which should include experience in an FMCG company, and beverages are preferable.

Very good English Language reading, writing and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
