Quality Control Manager

The Quality Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for managing the Quality Inspectors while actively participating in inspections and audits. This role ensures all trucks, components, and processes meet company and customer quality standards. The Quality Manager develops and enforces effective quality processes, provides coaching and oversight to inspectors, and works cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crawl, stoop and reach and feel with hands and arms and will occasionally use a ladder or step stool. The employee is required to see to inspect the details of each assembled truck. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to operate the telephone, the computer and assemble information; must be able to clearly communicate with others either verbally or via written communication. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and might occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
