Join Jamjoom Pharma as a Quality Control Manager – Quality Department

• Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality control in the pharmaceutical industry? Jamjoom Pharma is looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Quality team.
• As Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the QC Department, managing resources effectively to achieve organizational objectives and aligning strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve QC department’s SOPs, protocols, specifications, test methods, and worksheets for starting (raw and packaging) materials, products, stability and microbiology.
• Review and approve analytical methods validation, verification, and method transfer reports
• Review raw data of raw materials, packaging materials, stability and products testing
• Assure data integrity and review audit trail of instruments within the QC
• Approve analytical test reports for raw materials, packaging, finished products and microbiology
• Review and approve materials specifications for starting (raw and packaging) materials, finished products, stability and microbiology
• Prepare and review technical analysis (CADC) files submitted to EDA for registration purposes
• Review process validation and cleaning validation protocols, reports, and approve biowaiver study reports
• Authorize purchase requests and oversee procurement of QC instruments and chemicals to meet growing demands
• Deploy organizational policies and develop QC plans aligned with company objectives
• Lead recruitment and training of QC staff to build a high-performing team
• Attend audits, ensure compliance, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Review maintenance contracts with external partners
• Prepare the required yearly needs of the instruments (CAPEX), operational expenses (OPEX) and headcounts.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry as quality control professional
• Strong command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab Statistical Software
• In-depth knowledge of test method validation, GLP and GMP standards
