Quality Control Officer
Ensure product quality, safety, and consistency across our QSR production unit. You’ll be responsible for inspections, testing, and enforcing food safety standards while supporting the QC Manager in maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform sensory checks, lab testing, and maintain QC records.
• Monitor hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Report deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support supplier evaluations and resolve quality issues.
• Train production staff on quality and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of QC experience in food production (QSR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in food safety/quality (preferred).
