Quality Assurance Officer

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of real estate leads generated through various channels. The role ensures that all leads meet company standards for accuracy, relevance, and conversion potential. This position plays a critical role in enhancing sales efficiency, reducing wastage of resources, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and verify daily incoming leads from digital platforms, field agents, and referral channels.
• Ensure lead data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Evaluate the quality of leads based on criteria such as location, budget, property interest, and client intent.
• Identify patterns in low-quality leads and recommend improvements
• Prepare reports on lead quality metrics, conversion ratios

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in real estate, sales operations, or call center QA.
• Strong knowledge of lead management processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month
