Operations Officer (Food Processing & Packaging)

* Oversee day-to-day *operations in food processing and packaging units*.

* Ensure *compliance with food safety standards.

* Monitor and manage *production schedules, packaging lines, and inventory control*.

* Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Implement *cost-efficient practices* to reduce wastage and improve productivity.

* Maintain detailed reports on *production, efficiency, and operational performance*.

* Support management in setting up *SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)* and training staff.

* Bachelor’s degree* (preferably in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field).

* Minimum *6 years of proven experience* in food processing & packaging operations.

* Strong knowledge of *modern packaging technologies and quality standards*.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a *fast-paced, startup environment* with growth potential

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
