Job Summary

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the quality of materials, work processes, and final outputs to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on materials, equipment, and site activities.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and documentation.
  • Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and suppliers regarding quality issues.
  • Assist in implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement practices.
  • Monitor the calibration and proper use of testing equipment.
  • Support audits and provide required documentation when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of Quality Control experience (construction/manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of QC standards, inspection processes, and documentation.
  • Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
