Quality Control Officer – Warehouse

Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and proper handling of maintenance materials within the warehouse. The role requires strong knowledge of construction and MEP materials along with high integrity.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Quality Control Officer include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect incoming/outgoing materials for quality and specifications

• Verify MEP, AC, firefighting, fit-out, cleaning, and safety materials

• Identify brands, origin, and report defective items

• Maintain stock accuracy and proper storage

• Coordinate with the store and procurement teams

• Use systems (Yardi preferred) for tracking and records

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical.

• 4+ years of experience as a QC in a warehouse (Construction or Facility Management)

• Strong knowledge of maintenance materials

• Basic computer skills, Yardi is an advantage

• Attention to detail, detail-oriented, and organized
