Quality Control & Quantity Surveyor

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control and Quantity Surveying within the construction & Real estate industry.
• Monitor and inspect site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS/ISO quality standards.
• Verify materials and workmanship quality as per approved benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare QC reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and track material consumption.
• Certify subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and client running/final bills.
• Control project costs, highlight variations, and assist in contract administration.
• Maintain accurate records for quantity reconciliation, billing, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors for quality and cost-related matters.
• Review tender documents, provide inputs during bidding, and support contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/estimation software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, IS codes, BOQ preparation, and billing procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
