- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control and Quantity Surveying within the construction & Real estate industry.
- Monitor and inspect site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS/ISO quality standards.
- Verify materials and workmanship quality as per approved benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections, prepare QC reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and track material consumption.
- Certify subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and client running/final bills.
- Control project costs, highlight variations, and assist in contract administration.
- Maintain accurate records for quantity reconciliation, billing, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors for quality and cost-related matters.
- Review tender documents, provide inputs during bidding, and support contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/estimation software.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, IS codes, BOQ preparation, and billing procedures.
