Quality Control Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical quality assurance and customer-facing sales. The ideal candidate will ensure product compliance, support client inquiries, and drive sales through technical credibility and quality assurance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Checking plans and quantities for applications accuracy of calculations.

⦁ Responsible for several applications sourcing, installing, testing, and commissioning the projects requirements.

⦁ Responsible for items legalization and registration in MENA region.

⦁ Traveling to surrounding business locations in MENA region.

⦁ Planning, Reporting to Management for Business development and sales pipeline commitments against budget.

⦁ Provide guidance and technical support to customers team objectives and to work with international health and safety standards requirements.

⦁ To maintain consistent and document compliance with all relevant Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Data Integrity (DI), quality, and best practice requirements.

⦁ To perform analytical characterisation and data analysis in a timely manner and to a high standard.

⦁ Perform all Quality Control duties and tasks in accordance with relevant GMP guidelines.

⦁ Calibration and monitoring of analytical equipment.

⦁ Support of customer product quality complaints received at the site.

⦁ Perform laboratory investigations and out-of-specification investigations to GMP standards.

⦁ Author, review, and approval of SOPs, methods, and specifications

⦁ Keep updated on all the company-relevant, documents and GMP certificates.

⦁ Manage to execute short and long-range planning of commercial affairs, market status and customer demand, and department development.

⦁ Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations, submission of tender bids, and Technical Submittals & represent the organization in pre-bid meetings.

⦁ Develop and facilitate the process for converting potential leads to customers, including budgets, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and presentations.

Requirements:

Gender: Male

University Qualified Chemical Engineer with Disinfection and technical sales Experience.

Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory (with own car)

Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in same field in UAE or GCC Region

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and product testing.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
