Tagaddod is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Surveyor to join our team in the 6th of October City. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality assessments and ensuring that all operations meet the highest industry standards. Your work will be essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products throughout the supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, monitoring processes, and documenting findings to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- 1. Inspection & Monitoring:
- Visually inspect containers/tankers for damage, cleanliness, and contamination before and during operations.
- Monitor the entire loading/unloading process for proper procedures and material handling.
- Verify seals, labels, and documentation against orders.
- 2. Sampling & Integrity:
- Collect representative liquid samples of UCO at critical stages (pre-load, during transfer, post-unload) using standardized methods.
- Ensure samples are truly representative of the entire batch.
- Properly label, package, and document chain-of-custody for all samples sent for lab analysis.
- Apply best practices for sampling to ensure accurate quality monitoring.
- 3. Recording & Reporting:
- Accurately record all critical data: quantities (temperature-corrected volumes), times, visual quality observations, and any incidents.
- Complete detailed inspection and sampling reports for every load/unload.
- Immediately report any non-conformities, contamination, discrepancies in quantity, or quality process failures to supervisors.
- Serve as the on-site quality control point person during transfers.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- Ability to work independently outdoors and at various operational sites.
- Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
- Basic understanding of measurement toolsl and sample collection techniques.
- Knowledge of Used Cooking Oil or similar liquid materials is a plus.
