Quality Control Team Manager

Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in laboratory and quality control roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 standards.
  • Deep understanding of customer requirements and quality assurance principles.
  • Proven experience in managing laboratory and process quality teams.
  • Familiar with food production processes and confident in managing authority and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; results-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding planning, organizational, and reporting abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Skilled in MS Office and SAP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English



Qualifications

  • Oversee lab organization, ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure up-to-date lab practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage incoming quality control of raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Supervise GMP compliance, in-process quality, and management of non-conforming materials.
  • Lead quality control teams across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Align quality control processes with production plans, product specs, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and organize product, semi-finished, raw material, and packaging material analyses.
  • Ensure quality system compliance with GMP and food safety standards and collaborate with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and present periodic quality performance reports.
