Quality Assurance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
• Min 5 years experience in food industry – operational/retail QA experience is preferred
• Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections
• Ability to multitask, be detail oriented
• Good knowledge of global and local regulations, food, food contact and non-food product safety, product labelling
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Team player with strong communication skills
• No restrictions to travel

Job Description:

• Conducting local quality and food safety audits
• Ensure global standarts and local quality management policies for warehouse& distributers
• Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities
• Following legal audits and new regulations to update operation & import teams
• Managing waste management (legal)
• Conducting pest control management
• Managing food analysis
