Quality Control Technician - Dental Laboratory

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our clients expect. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a dental lab setting—especially in quality control—and takes pride in producing consistent, accurate work every day.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing dental prescriptions (RX) for crown & bridge, implants, dentures, and occlusal guards, etc.
  • Evaluating shade, occlusion, contacts, and anatomical accuracy
  • Inspecting both digital designs and final products for quality and precision
  • Ensuring all doctor instructions and case requirements are followed
  • Maintaining efficient workflow and pacing to support production timelines
  • Cementing screws and sleeves into case products
  • Prioritizing cases appropriately based on urgency and production flow

Skills Required: Prior experience as a dental technician and understanding of dental laboratory quality control is suggested but not required. Knowledge of crown and bridge products is recommended, and knowledge of implants, surgical guides, dentures, and/or occlusal guards is preferred. We will be providing on-the-job training. Some skills needed for this role are as follows:

  • Preferred: Prior experience in a dental laboratory, especially in quality control (QC)
  • Strong understanding of crown & bridge work; experience with implants, dentures, surgical guides, and occlusal guards is a plus
  • High level of consistency, reliability, and attendance—we need someone who shows up every day ready to perform
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Note: Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong dental foundation.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
