Quality Controller

• Incoming Material Inspection:
• Inspect raw materials (PET resin, color masterbatch, caps, preforms, etc.) for compliance with specifications.
• Verify supplier certificates and maintain records.
• In-Process Quality Control:
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of bottles at various production stages (blow molding, filling, labeling, packing).
• Check for defects such as short shots, black spots, bubbles, uneven thickness, or deformation.
• Monitor machine parameters affecting bottle quality (temperature, pressure, blowing time).
• Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Final Product Inspection:
• Perform physical and functional tests such as:
• Wall thickness & weight check
• Drop test
• Top load test
• Burst pressure test
• Leakage test
• Transparency and color check
• Approve or reject finished lots based on quality test results.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain daily inspection reports and test records.
• Prepare quality deviation reports and corrective action records.
• Support ISO and customer audits by providing quality documentation.
• Quality Improvement:
• Identify recurring defects and assist in root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in continuous improvement programs (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
