Position: Quality Control (QC) Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2000-3000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee quality control processes to ensure product standards.

· Inspect production stages to detect defects and maintain quality.

· Lead and train the quality control team.

· Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues.

· Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports.

· Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

· Manage internal and external quality audits.

· Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or Microbiology

Minimum 1 year QC experience (preferably in food industry)in UAE

Familiar with HACCP, ISO, and GMP practices

Good observation, documentation, and teamwork skills
