About the Company:
ABCL Safety Consultant is a growing professional consultancy firm based in Dubai, providing quality, safety and compliance solutions to diverse industries. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and detail oriented QUALITY COORDINATOR to strengthen our Quality Management Systems and support continual improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining, implementing, and updating the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, as applicable.
- Coordinate internal audits, prepare audit schedules, and provide full support during external audits conducted by certification bodies and clients.
- Control, manage and ensure proper distribution, revision and archiving of quality documents, procedures and records.
- Monitor compliance with established quality procedures across all departments and report any non-conformities.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitor implementation and track effectiveness.
- Support risk assessments, process controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze and prepare quality performance data, reports and KPIs for management review.
- Assist in handling customer complaints, quality incidents, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Support management review meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and action plans.
- Conduct or coordinate quality awareness sessions and training programs for employees.
- Liaise with operations, safety, and technical teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into daily activities.
- Ensure calibration, monitoring, and control of measuring and inspection equipment where applicable.
- Support supplier evaluation processes and review quality-related supplier documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific quality requirements.
- Actively promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continual improvement within the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator or similar role in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
- Excellent documentation, analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation tools.
