Quality Document Controller (1 Month Project)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Document Controller for a short-term project in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation in compliance with quality standards. Key duties include maintaining records, tracking document revisions, ensuring proper filing, supporting the quality team with reports, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and control all project quality documents and records.
• Track document revisions, approvals, and submissions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist the quality team in preparing reports, forms, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders for timely submission and retrieval of documents.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and easy retrieval of physical and electronic documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality or Project Manager.

Experience and Education:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or quality management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, internet research, and document management systems.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa/QID.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
