Responsibilities

Responsible for electrical components inspection & functionality test and find the
opportunities for improvement.

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional stage wise inspection.

AMR bring up and validation; visit suppliers as and when required for inspection and
validation.

Verify that electrical and other parts conform to the specifications, drawings, and standards
outlined in the product documentation and work instructions.

Maintain accurate records of all inspections and results, including non-conformance reports,
when necessary.

Identify and report any defects/observations or non-conformances to the appropriate
departments.

Assist in root cause analysis and collaborate with the department concerned to resolve quality
issues.

Stay updated on quality standards and regulatory changes that may affect inspection
procedures.

Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in quality, testing methods.
Skills And Qualifications
- B.Tech./BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in incoming, in-process and final QC/Assembly/Validation,
preferably in manufacturing environment with relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final inspection, PDI, bring up, and validation.

Strong understanding of QMS/ISO/QC/QA, TQM.

Basic knowledge on Linux OS and commands.
-
Process and product validation.
-
RCA, CP, risk management.
-
Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes (ISO 9001, ISO14001,
ISO45001, etc.).

Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in using computer software, e.g. ERP & Linux OS.
