Position 1: Validation engineer in mixed signal platform.
Develop and execute tests for battery management system validation for given requirements.
Analyse the requirements/test plan and prepare test execution plan with setup and instruments.
Perform power measurements with different functional patterns across different battery voltages.
Develop and maintain automation framework with all test equipments.
Skills:

Working experience in post silicon validation.

Should have good understanding of analog, digital components such as ADCs, DACs, voltage regulator

Working experience in embedded C or C++ coding for test development

Should be able to develop and maintain automation framework, experience in Python scripting

Strong debug skills and should be able to communicate effectively with team and stakeholders

Experience of handling all basic lab instruments e.g. scopes, supply, function generator, multimeter etc

Understanding and working experience on basic communication Protocols UART, I2C, SPI, CAN

Position 2:
Areas of Responsibility
:

Participate and contribute to requirements elicitation and definition phase of the project.

Develop Test Architecture, Specification and Test script for
MCAL
device drivers.

Software Verification of device drivers
(Eg:
MEM, MEMACC, FEE
,
SPI, LIN, DIO, ICU, ADC, CAN, DMA and MCU
etc.) and safety software in an independent/RTOS environment on Infineon’s automotive microcontrollers.

Support CoC Head with WBS definition and Estimations.

Develop Test Strategy and institutionalize the methods and related templates to enable the usage of the tools and test equipment wherever required/possible.

Envisage, implement, institutionalize and maintain the verification and verification methods and infrastructure (e.g. automation to improve quality and efficiency in terms of cost and time)

Drive innovation in the form of new advancements (test methods/tools, test automation, test infrastructure).

Institutionalize software test processes compliant with Automotive standards (e.g. ISO26262, ASPICE).

Ownership of reviews - Test Specifications & Scripts
Requirements
:

A minimum of
3
years of experience in Memory Device Driver software testing which includes a good know how of standard software development Life Cycle.

Experience in AUTOSAR MCAL and exposure to ISO26262.
-
Embedded system software development or Verification using C, assembly languages.
-
Experience in the usage of NI, FPGA, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power benches etc.
-
Experience in embedded system development tools such as compilers, debuggers (PLS, Lauterbach), static analysers etc.
-
Working experience in scripting languages such as Perl, python etc.
-
Experience in the development/maintenance of the test automation and continuous integration frameworks
-
Good knowledge of computer architecture (16/32bit), real-time systems

Working experience on multicore platforms

Ability and willingness to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to perform tasks independently.
Position 3: Post Silicon Characterization
-
Responsible for Post Silicon Characterization of ARM based micro-controller Automotive SoC products.
-
Perform characterization to analyze device performance and compliance to datasheet specification.
-
Conceptualize, design and implement hardware and automation software for characterization of Automotive SOCs.
-
Work closely with chip design team to debug silicon issues.
-
Demonstrate technical innovation in measurement automation on ATE(V93K preferable) and bench (LabVIEW) platforms.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

MTech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in any of the specializations related to the field of Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI.
-
Strong Electrical Circuits Fundamentals. Strong troubleshooting & problem solving ability.

Good Firmware coding & scripting skill.
-
Experience in using equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source Measure Units, Power Supplies, Functional Generators etc. is a plus.

Experience in automating characterization using an ATE or NI LabVIEW is a plus.
